PIAZZA SANTAROSA

Piazza Santarosa becomes "The Square of Herbs", the vibrant heart of QuintEssenza, where over 50 specialized exhibitors showcase the fascinating world of medicinal herbs and natural essences. Amidst intense fragrances and green hues, visitors can discover products for well-being, natural cosmetics, aromatherapy, herbal teas and infusions, distilled extracts, and herbal remedies.

PIAZZA CESARE BATTISTI and PIAZZA MOLINERI

Piazza Cesare Battisti becomes the "Open-Air Garden", while Piazza Molineri hosts "The Island of Greenery and Fragrance": two spaces dedicated to floriculturists, featuring spring flowers, aromatic herbs, perennials, and ornamental plant varieties. Colors, scents, and blooming nature come together for an immersive experience designed for garden lovers and fans of decorative greenery.

THE HOBBYISTS' STREETS

The Hobbyists' Streets bring the historic center to life with creativity and passion, welcoming artisans and makers along Via Alfieri, Via Sant’Andrea, Piazza Turletti, and Corso Roma. These areas feature unique handmade items, small-scale artistic creations, and original ideas — a journey through tradition, craftsmanship, and imagination. It's a perfect opportunity to discover authentic objects and meet the people who create them with care.

PIAZZA CAVOUR

Piazza Cavour becomes the go-to spot for local flavors, hosting regional producers thanks to Coldiretti’s Campagna Amica market and Cascine Piemontesi by Confagricoltura. Here, visitors can discover high-quality, short supply chain food products: cheeses, cured meats, vegetables, and traditional specialties — all offered directly by those who grow and produce with passion and authenticity.

Workshop for creating a 30ml perfume. This activity offers a sensory experience in crafting a personal fragrance using essential oils. During the workshop, participants compare the concentrated fragrances of the oils with the fresh scents released by aromatic plants from the garden, appreciating their nuances and differences.

Through direct sensory analysis and the creation of their own fragrance, participants explore the different nuances and uses of the same herbs, stimulating both olfactory and culinary creativity.
